Welcome to Herbal Pure. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Herbal Pure website and to every order you place with us. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

This website is operated by Herbal Pure (“Herbal Pure”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a natural wellness brand offering herbal products made with 100% natural herbs. You can reach us at any time through our Contact page.
2. Using Our Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. Some products, such as VigoraX, are intended for adults only.
- Please provide accurate and complete details when you place an order, including your name, phone number and delivery address.
- If you have an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.
- You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or copying its content for commercial use.
3. Health Disclaimer
Our products are made from natural herbs to support general wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for advice or treatment from a qualified doctor.
- Always read the label and follow the directions printed on the pack. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking any prescribed medicine.
- If you use GlucoPure alongside diabetes medicine or insulin, keep monitoring your blood sugar and never stop or change your prescribed treatment without your doctor’s advice.
- Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you notice any unusual or adverse reaction.
- Results vary from person to person. Product descriptions and customer testimonials describe individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.
- Keep all products out of the reach of children and store them as directed on the pack.
4. Products & Pricing
- We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may change from time to time.
- All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). Prices and availability may change without notice; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and let you know. Any amount you have already paid for that order will be refunded in full.
5. Orders & Payment
- When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted; your order is accepted when we dispatch it.
- We may contact you by phone or email to confirm your order details before dispatch.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery details are incomplete, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
- The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
6. Delivery
- Delivery options and charges for your address are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, courier availability, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control.
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel at the address you provide. Repeated failed deliveries because of incorrect details or unavailability may lead to the order being cancelled.
- Please check your parcel when it arrives and let us know straight away if anything is wrong.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Because our products are consumable health products, for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
- Once we have checked the issue, we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds are made using the original payment method or another method we agree with you.
- Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
8. Reviews & Comments
If you post a review or comment on our website, it must be honest, lawful and relevant, and it must not contain offensive content, personal information of others or advertising. We may edit or remove any review or comment that does not meet these standards.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Herbal Pure name and logo, product names such as GlucoPure, VigoraX, GastroEase and Herbora, packaging designs, images and text, is owned by or licensed to Herbal Pure. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herbal Pure is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, or from using a product in a way that does not follow the directions on its pack. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, such as social media platforms and maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
